Hair masks

Hi all
Just wondering how often do you put a hair mask in,
I tend to leave one in for about a day every other week, do you put one in every time you wash your hair?

Hi @PeacheyPeach I use an intense conditioner about once a week and a hair mask a few times a month. I usually leave the mask on for an hour. I've noticed oil is back so might try that again. I used to love vo5 hot oil back in the olden days (80s/90s)

I use Philip Kingsley Elasticizer weekly and have noticed a huge difference. I also changed my regular shampoo to Lanza oil S&C. Thoroughly recommend.

I use Elasticizer every Sunday. Overnight. I have it in now. Will wash it out shortly and style my hair for work.

It is amazing. Really helps keep the ends in good condition.
