black tie help please

I have a black tie wedding to go to in the summer in London (so could be quite hot) and I'm really struggling to find something i like so send me ideas please?

I'm a size 14, 5ft 9, very much a pear shape so tend to prefer a line shapes that don't cling to my hips. I'm a fan of tulle but not essential.

I have a pair of fancy emerald earrings I would love to wear so colours that match with this would be ideal.
budget is limited, max 150 but ideally less than 100....

Can you go bra less or manage a halter /backless/racer?

Renting rather than buying is a great option for black tie events. Also check 2nd hand dress boutiques - lots have great options at moment as gearing up for prom season

ooh thanks for so many responses so far.
I don't mind going extra. we have been told the more dressy the better, so I was thinking probably need to stick to full length?

I adore that Karen millen one, but think it might be a bit more of a cocktail vibe?

I quite like that long coast one, perhaps in the pink

yes @Whataretheodds backless is OK. would prefer a bra option but have worn those stick on bras before and found them OK. I'm a d cup so have some boob but not so much that it's a huge issue

Great idea @CalmConfident
I had sort of considered this but never really sure where to look or how to go about it all. I feel like I'd need to try on first.
