So possibly a stupid question, but I hate wearing leggings in public - I feel like I'm not fully dressed. However, I have found an exercise class I actually like, and it's midweek at 11am about 15 min walk from my house. Theres a nice coffee shop half way between my house and the class, so I tend to leave just before 8am, work for a few hours, and then rush over to the class. My day is already quite full, so I try to get ready so I don't have to change at the gym. I have a meeting between 10-11 which usually finishes a bit early, but it doesn't leave much time to make it to the class.
Over the winter it's been pretty easy to cover myself up with a wool coat that goes way down my calves, so you can barely see the leggings. But as spring arrives (hopefully) I'm not sure how to avoid that parsnip look that leggings give me, and how/what to wear on my top half. Pinterest seems pretty focused on the heavy coats still.
So, how do you style leggings for non-exercise look if you wear any?
