Work travel bag

I've just accepted job which means I am going to be travelling more. I normally do overnights by just shoving a change of clothes in my laptop bag but if I am going to be away for longer I need a better solution.

I am undecided between a small suitcase or a larger rucksack type bags and I wondered if anyone had suggestions that worked for them?

Its all trains and taxis so needs to be fairly light and easy to handle

I like a small suitcase on wheels, I can then rest my laptop bag on top of the suitcase. But if you're only going for a night, a rucksack might be enough.

I love that but I wonder if its too small if I am packing for 2-3 nights away?
