Will try and tag a few regulars - forgive me in advance for errors, omissions, etc

This ended up not working for me today. Didn't sit right, made me look bulky and I was too hot.
ASOS sweater, Gap shirt, Mint Velvet trousers and DM loafers.

I tried to shop for some but they don't seem to have the gold bar ones, just tasselled. Are they last year's?

@EnoBaby that's a shame because it looks good in the picture. Maybe the jumper hits at the wrong place, though - I think either more obviously cropped or slightly longer would work better.

Layering always bothers me - it's just sensory overload and and I just fuss all day with it!

Thanks softpebbles I like the look of the Izzy rib dress, definitely a contender but I was something quite fitted on the top so the other one not quite what I'm looking for.

@Rollerbird yes you can wash the socks and they wash really well! I am very pleased with them. They are quite thick though so not appropriate for summer time, but I intend to wear them around the house.

@EllaPaella I couldn't find a link to these exact socks, but I think you have something similar sold on Amazon UK.
These look like they might have similar effect and the reviews are quite good.

While I was on Amazon UK, I thought I'd share another wonderful product MIL introduced to me, namely a really cheap anti-age hand cream that makes bunging hand veins appear less visible. I wouldn't believe such hand cream could exist at first, but yep, it really does work!
Too bad it appears it's sold for a price 15 times higher than in Japan!!

Oops looked at the wrong price, it's actually "only" 7 times more expensive lol

Conversely, I'm heading into the office without a jumper or cardigan and am concerned I'll be too cold. Our aircon is highly unpredictable and you never know whether you'll freeze or roast. We'll see what today brings.

All Saints dress and Missoni boots. ‘D’P looked at the dress and asked if I was channelling the Bay City Rollers! (Before my time - and his to be fair!) Apparently this dress is tartan.. I pointed out it’s actually a monochrome check… We are in Scotland, and tartan is a risky strategy, lol - you really only wear it for a wedding or a Burns Supper or if you work in a tourist gift shop!

Been out for a walk with a friend, think Spring is trying to arrive, was vaguely warm at times. Engel wool/silk polo neck, Lucy and Yak Blair cotton cord skirt, Icebreaker black merino leggings.

Didn't clock the potty in the background when I took this!
