Will long gilets stick around for a while?

During Autumn I bought a very cheap long gilet, I bought a cheap one as I wasn't sure if I'd wear it. Turns out I live in it.

I've seen another lovely one I like but not sure if it's worth it now we are going into Spring. They seem to be absolutely everywhere right now.

I did the same as you. Teddy fleece, thought I would hardly wear it so went super cheap. I live in it, it keeps my bum warm and lets me move my arms around. Washes like a dream and seems to be quite well made.
I'm not buying another.

If you've lived in the other one I would just buy it.

Long padded gilets and coats are the best. I bought two coats this year and they're like walking around in a duvet. I really don't care if they stay in fashion or not!
