Hi S&B gurus, where can I find belted wool coats. I've seen people wearing gorgeous ones but just cannot find the right fit and styles for me. I'm a petite size 8-10 and 5'3. So anything oversized and bulky just drowns me out. I would also like something more fitted rather than oversized. Any suggestions?

Ted Baker is worth a look although I don’t know about the wool element. I’m smaller that you and have a nice Ted Baker trench that is a good length etc. you just need to acquaint yourself with the Ted Baker sizing system which you can find on the website.

Maxmara might be a spendy option. Given that we are moving in to a new season then it might be worth considering looking at charity shops as people do a spring clean.

If you hurry, they've still got size 10 petite in the sale. Though the colour may not be what you're after?

Karen Millen and Hobbs often do good coats for petite sizing, depending on whether or not your budget is generous!

I'm your size agree to oversized don't suit, I just brought a wool mix coat from next clearance its dark navy from j crew, it's not belted though, on the john lewis site it was £140 but I managed to get on the next site for £80
