How can I style trainers for wedding?

Ds is getting married in August, it is a registry office wedding. I'm disabled & unable to wear normal shoes due to arthritis & neuropathy. I have found a dress but I can't work out to style it with trainers, I intend to buy a new pair so they are spotless for the day.

I'm disabled with Cerebral Palsy and for my wedding I wore pale pink converse with my pink Laura Ashley dress. No one even noticed what I had on my feet, so you'll be fine

I wore Pastrys to my own wedding but they can come up small. They have some great designs though if you can get hold of them on this country.

No. Gleaming white trainers will stick out like a sore thumb against that beautiful riot of colours and draw attention to the OP's feet and away from the dress. The shoes should pick a colour from the dress.

I agree bright pink or orange trainers would look fab, but I also think white could work too. Personally I think chunky soled trainers look best with dresses

I think a bright pair of trainers will work well with that dress, it’s just a souped up version of the standard issue midi with white trainers.

I agree with matching the trainer colour to one of the dress colours rather than plain white ones. That's a lovely dress!

I'd go leather rather than the forested type fabric if you can.

Try fitflops, all their footware have memory foam insoles and arch support. I have issues with my feet and need arch support and can only wear fitflops. I have loads of different styles.

Not hot pink shoes/trainers. Visualise it on the model. It's too much. Go for orange like the model or turquoise, or a contrast colour like gold.
