Talk to me about spray tans

Never had one. Going away May half term and considering getting one to have a bit of colour when I arrive. On holiday I won't be in the pool all day every day (I heard the tan can go orange if too much chlorine?) But will have a few hours in the pool in the week.

Welcome thoughts and feedback/experience plse

You need a patch test so I would work out where you might want to go and get that done, and I would then have a trial to make sure you're happy with the colour and can see how long it lasts. I would say that in my opinion you can do it yourself at home just as well but it is nice to have someone else do it.

I’ve only had the booth ones, rather than someone spraying by hand. They can be a bit patchy especially round hands and feet, exfoliation beforehand essential.

I find swimming in chlorinated water takes off fake tan quite quickly, it is a kind of bleach. I swim and use fake tan drops on my face and they just aren’t compatible.
