Question about Dermatica

ImpossibleDrear · 20/03/2023 17:24

I am interested in using Dermatica but I know that lots of creams contain an ingredient that breaks me out (stearic acid).

  1. Is there an opportunity to state that at any point during the initial 'consultation' (which I assume is filling in a form!).

  2. If you use a tret cream or gel, does it contain stearic acid?

Thanks!

Email them, I've used Dermatica for 3 years and found their customer service very helpful [email protected]

Oh, thanks so much. Seems obvious, apologies.

I asked them the same about silicones (which break me out) and they were really helpful. As it happens, their treatment does contain dimethicone, which is one, but I gave it a go anyway with it containing the Tret and it’s actually fine. I understand that might not be the same for you though.

That's great, thanks.
