Inner thigh liposuction

Every summer my thighs rub against each other and make my life hell. I get hot with shorts underneath dresses or longer knickers. Basically I just want slim thighs that don't rub !  has anyone had lipo in their inner thighs?

Can you not wear something underneath to stop them rubbing rather than going for lipo? thats what I do!

I do as well but I really dislike it. Last summer I was in southern Europe and those modesty shorts made me sweat like crazy. I really really dislike them

Yeah they are annoying but better than the chafing! I considered lipo when I was younger but wouldn't now. Hopefully someone will come along who has experience!

Ewa Michalak (Polish bra brand) has garters that are designed to stop the rub. I haven’t tried them so can’t say how well they work. I am definitely chubby of though but don’t get the rub, I don’t know why. I wear trousers a lot though. Garters

The garters look cute. Thank you. I'd be size 1 so it's not even like my legs are super large, but they chaff a lot. They did even when I was a child

Have you tried Lanacane anti chaff gel?

I've tried the one from Decathlon but not Lacalane. I will look it up now. Thanks

I had a thigh lift. They still rub, I have narrow hips and muscles.

Asda liquid talc works quite well. It's from the baby section

Sloggi long knickers. Light weight, cool and comfortable. I wear them under dresses in summer and wish I had discovered them years ago. They are not cheap, but they wash and dry easily and quickly - I have 3 pairs and they last for ages.

Snag chub rub shorts- don’t make you sweaty and actually have some witchcraft in them which makes you feel cooler.
