My eyelids have always been hooded but just recently I had a really dry patch of skin on one eye and it looked so wrinkly, it hasn't bothered me until now but it made me buy some eye cream. I don't really have a skin routine, but am using a moisturizer and serums now. Have always had quite good skin and now I've got one cheek with red spots! Could be the extra creams I'm using?

Anyway, my main question, is it too late to start with eyecream?
Is the only way to youthful eyes surgery if some kind?
