For just hydration without any active ingredients (anti ageing etc) I really like the Boots Glow one :

Boots Glow Eye Cream

It's £4 for a decent amount which lasts ages, quite often on some sort of other offer and I really rate it for a light but hydrating cream. Makeup goes well on top of it and despite the fact I've always had sensitive skin it's never stung.

I've got all sorts at home, including things people rave about like the Kiehls creamy avocado eye cream and they all seem to sting at one point or another and this never has.

I've been recommended the Cerave eye cream a few times as well, which is also inexpensive, but haven't tried it. I tend not to get on with Cerave generally.

Cosmedix Opti-crystal. My eyes look brighter when I have it on.
