Everlane: is it me?

Just had my first haul of a Everlane arrive. I appear to be a size 10 in their brand. Everything fits. BUT. All the trousers look kind of bulky around my upper front thighs and tummy. View from the back is fine. But side and front on they just don't flatter.
Is it me?

I should add the bulk isn't me - it's extra fabric, with balloons of air between me and it!

and now their website is telling me they don't support returns in my region! Help! What shall I do with this awful haul?

Oh no! I've also just placed my first order and didn't check the returns policy! Where are you? Website seems to imply you can return from anywhere but you'll have to pay shipping?

I was going to place an order today but got distracted. Do they really not accept returns?

I'm slightly dreading it now :) I ordered shorts and a jumpsuit though and will report back! When you said you appear to be a size 10 was that unexpected? It's US so UK equivalent is a 16 I think?

No, I translated. I lived there for a while so have a handle on sizing. The reply I've had seems to suggest I should have registered rather than checking out as a guest. That's what's making the return difficult
Garghhh - there's HUNDREDS of pounds of money in that box of returns! I thought I'd order lots just to get the lay of the land.

That sucks :-( perhaps a tailor can alter them for you.

Which trousers did you order? I got a pair recently and they fit perfectly but they are barrel leg so meant to be loose around the thigh. There must be a way round returns, can you call the customer service on Monday morning? What a nightmare!

I'm a UK 10 and got size 6 which seem to be true to a UK 10.

I find Everlane pretty poor in terms of fit and quality. They do bags and shoes well but I no longer buy clothing.

@faffadoodledo well it's good to hear they are true to equivalent size at least, gives me a bit more hope 😬😂 I also did a really big (first) order to get a feel for the brand and their cut/sizing so there's no way I won't be at least part returning it. I hope at least some parts of your order were wins / keeps!
