Vit c

I just started using vitamin c on my face (the ordinary one) and perhaps it is a coincidence but I now have an orange stain on my right hand (fingers I put it on with I think)
Is there anyway this could be linked to it?!
It's all a bit too much like the green staining cream from this years apprentice Envy
Is it just a coincidence?!
My hand looks permanently dirty/like I've been peeling oranges!!

Yes, it can oxidise and stain your skin like fake tan can. Depending on what type of formulation you're using it may be expired, if it's L-Ascorbic it should be clear or light yellow at most.

You could try applying it using a cotton pad so that your fingers don't get stained.

Washing hands after applying should also avoid staining your hands (thought I had included that previously but I guess not). Just wondering, OP, are you using the powder by any chance?

Thanks everyone! It cream. I'll check what the base is. Thank you for tips!!
