Help me sort my bag options out for work

At the moment I have a very boring and old laptop backpack and a cross body bag I use for work. To give you background I commute via train to work plus also travel for my job. I spend a fair amount of time out the office and essentially carry an office with me. I don't think it helps matters that I carry a water bottle and reusable coffee cup to try and reduce my environmental impact.
I don't feel I look very professional with the bags I have seeing clients but not sure how much I can cut down with travelling. Below is what I carry across the 2 bags daily.
Train pass
2 x work passes
2 x phone
Earphones
Laptop
Charger
Phone charger
Water bottle
Coffee cup
Pen
Notebook
Lipstick
Glasses
Tissues
Meds
Chapstick
Business cards
Hdmi cable
1 personal debit card
1 work debit card
1 power bank
I miniature perfume spray.
1 umbrella
Car and home keys

Can anyone recommend 2 bags or one bag that would look good maximum of 250. I prefer a backpack due to shoulder issues for the hea u stuff.

I have this. It’s a bit more expensive, but totally worth it. The heritage brown version is lovely.

La Mansio bag

Be careful - mine came damaged and they won't respond to emails Lots of reviews saying the same.

A pity as, conceptually, it's a great idea.

That’s a shame! Mine’s wonderful; the perfect work bag.

I have a Nordace Sienna with packing cubes which I can get a lot into if it's packed carefully. Several friends also have it for work.

Still use a cross body bag over the top for travel pass/phone/bank cards etc as the security pocket is against your back so you have to take it off to access this (or be more flexible than me).

I came on to see if anyone recommended a stackers bag as I have always fancied one of them.

Mia tui. I love the one I got for Christmas. Pockets are great and easy to find things

I keep looking at the stackers bag but I am not keen on the front flwp- I think it is too long

It's very obvious what he's doing.

This pattern of proposing early, introducing to his son very soon etc. across multiple relationships is because his goal is to show a marriage to strengthen his custody battle.

To "compete" at the same level as his son's mother, who you said is happily married and settled with more kids.

He's shown you court papers, your know his mum's involvement in it, you've met his son and he's tried to initiate a great relationship early on. This seems like his whole world revolves around this issue.

I think he's desperate to have more time with his son.

My adult DD has a Mia tui bag for work.
if you look at the videos on the website of the various bags, it shows you all the pockets etc.

Hi I have a leather moleskine backpack, looks really smart and I bought mine from TKMaxx for about £80, they retail for around £200. I’ve been using it for about 3 or 4 years and it still looks fab. Back pocket for laptop means the main body of the rucksack is for all your other stuff! I’m a DHT so I carry so much stuff!
