Backpack help

Hi all, I need a new backpack for work and would appreciate some help. My requirements are:

Black
Waterproof
Big enough to hold a laptop, lunch etc
No big logos
Nothing too square looking (I prefer rounded styles)
Robust (my last backpack only lasted a year before the zippers went)
Additional pockets (inside and out) would be a plus
Under £100

Does such a bag exist?

Rains had some nice ones but I haven't checked they fit every single criteria! Roka if they do plain black?

There was another backpack thread posted in the last could of days you might want to find as the requirements were very similar. Roka seemed popular!
