It says if you are thinking of getting anything else done (fillers) then to wait 7 days. Does this mean stop 7 days before and then wait another 7 days - or what?

I wonder why? I mean I use Tret and I don't stop using it either side of any Botox or filler appointments. Maybe it's just in case you have a reaction first time using?
