Scar through eyebrow

I have a deep scar through my eyebrow and I'm really struggling to fill it in and make it look nice. Outcome of a DV incident many years ago.
Please can anyone help me out with some tips/advice ..
My eyebrows are dark and I don't have any freckles or anything my face is quite plain so it really stands out.
Pencils and filler just make it look even more rough!

Tattoo? Worth asking about?

Thank you I will have a look at the tutorial and if I have no luck I definitely need something more permanent, a tattoo would be amazing if I am able to have one
