Will MAC exchange for a different shade?

It looked fine in store but at home and in daylight it’s far too pale (concealer). Will they exchange it for me?

yes you need your receipt I bought a foundation too pale they exchanged it no problems

I see you managed to swap but I was going to say I’ve been using Mac for 15 yrs and have always swapped my used products with no issues!
