Which socks with these loafers

Dear stylish ladies, I need help.
What kind of socks would you wear with these white loafers?

Will trainer socks look hideous with those?

So far I have thought of "invisible" socks and maybe longish white ones.
Any other ideas?

I guess it really depends on what you're planning to wear them with?
You could wear colours if they're nice quality plain socks - sage green, oatmeal, burnt orange, navy etc

@StephenDedalus I was thinking about wearing them for work (with jeans and plain trousers in various colors and lengths) and flowery dresses. I would look into longer plain socks, thank you!

I'd wear those with argyle socks in various colours and channel my 1980s schoolgirl preppy vibe!

with Jeans I’d go with metallic socks with a great pattern and make a statement!

Same here. If you want to follow the trends then it seems like having visible socks that are bright and obvious is the way to go.
