Difficult to find a dress

I am going in a city break. I’d like a navy dress, below the knee/midi to wear with trainers. Plain blue or a very fine pattern, not with an underskirt/chiffon type dress. Cinched in at the waist but not a fine string type belt and no high neck. I am finding it impossible.

I’ve checked next, marks and Spencer, Debenhams, Zara (what a difficult website). Just about to look at John Lewis. Any other recommendations?
