Hello to style this dress please

We’ve been invited to an outdoor garden summer wedding and I’ve bought this dress. The invite says in the other info part that heels may not be the most appropriate footwear for the ground (it’s apparently very grassy at the venue). I only have heels and have no idea of what flat footwear would suit this dress. I’ll be wearing my hair similar to the link, would you bother with a fascinator or hat? Also would you style this with a jacket or a pashmina/shawl?

Nude or ivory wedge sandal.

Jacket is tricky…perhaps a short, collarless one. You could try with a white or pale blue or pink jacket. If you went for pale blue, blue shoes would also look good, as would pink and pink. White jacket with pink shoes would be lovely too. I’d try a pashmina first, which might be easier than hunting for a jacket.
