How would you solve this neckline?

I have the beige version of the dress in the pictures, but the neckline is the same as the green- uploading so you can see it clearer.

Gorgeous fabric, fits like a glove on the waist, but a horrifically awkward neckline.

On a date night with DH, I’d happily show a flash of boob sag and rock it with some layered gold necklaces- but I really want to take it on holiday. It’s a bit booby for a family dinner.

Can anyone think of a solution? I was thinking a beige coloured bandeau perhaps?

Cute! Sloggi have some bralette in muted colours that look more like cropped tops than bras. What about something like that? I think one is called "zero feel" or something.

That would accommodate a camisole no?

I'd go for a contrasting coloured Bandeau or crop top bralette - but make it deliberately different.

Not quite. The v is so deep and wide in the middle that it would look like I was wearing a waistcoat over the top of a cami, if that makes sense.

I just need a little something to cover up the booby part.

Take it to your local fabric shop, they'll probably sell modesty panels (also sell them on Amazon) if not, buy some matching lace or fabric, cut in a triangle and tack it in yourself?
Or maybe buy some pre ruffled lace, ribbon or broiderie anglais ribbon and tack it down each edge of the neckline to close the gap slightly?
