Been told I'm a 'light spring / summer"... now what?

I had my colours done recently and was told I'm a light spring but my skin is pretty neutral, so could go into summer too.

I've been looking online (I live on a small island where there isn't a lot of shopping) and it seems like those kinds of colours just aren't around much. Lots of autumnal colours, winters, but I can't seem to spot 'my' colours much.

Am I just looking at the wrong shops?

Any recommendations?

I think you just have to be patient and keep looking rather than giving in or panic buying. Do more online shopping. There's no real rhyme or reason to it I don't think. It depends on trends etc. Hush often have a good colour selection, have a look at their stuff ?

Also wait for the spring summer collections to come in. In the winters I have to adjust what I wear because spring colours don't always look right in the cold

Emily Innes on Instagram does seasonal mini shops by shape/colour which might give you some ideas. Not an ad, I’m not affiliated!

Try Kettlewell online.

Cab I ask where you had your colours done please? Was it online or face to face? I also live on a small island and really want mine done but I think I’m going to have to go to London for an appointment as I can’t seem to find an in-person consultant here.

I don't know if light spring has green as a good colour (I'm bright spring and do) but Next currently have loads in a good green

www.kettlewellcolours.co.uk/ also a FB group with second hand items for sale as the stuff is quite pricey.

Not sure what supermarkets you have but Sainsburys have some great green tops in at the minute, and Morrisons has a beautifully coloured coral top at £8.

I actually think there are more brightly coloured clothes around than there has been for a long time.
