If you have done your lips - Does discreet lipfiller change how it feels to kiss/be kissed by lips with filler (lighthearted)

As it says above....

I am dabbling with the idea of lipfiller after seeing a friend after not seeing them for a while. I commented how she looked fresh and glowy. She told me she has done some 'rejuvenation' overhaul and one thing was lipfiller. I would not have thought that she had done something to her lips but admitedly they looked nice and plump but not at all overfilled /trouty/porn star like. I am of the mindset where I also would like a refresh crane to lift certain bodyparts up but really do not want my partner to realise it if that makes sense. As my lips appear to be shrinking I would like to have them done but am worried that even if he does not notice by looking he might realise by feeling. If that makes sense?!?

I’ve just had a ml over 2 sessions and it doesn’t make a diff or feel diff.

I’m going to get another ml 🫠

It doesn't feel any different but you might swell up quite alarmingly for a couple of days. There was no hiding it from my husband when I had it done. Bear this in mind in case it's the same with you - took a good 3 days to get back to my new ' normal'

Thanks both! I work from home so I think it may be camera off for a few days then by the sounds of it!!
I was just worrying that my partner would all of a sudden feel like he was being kissed by rubber lips.
How long does it last for you?

I first had mine done about 3 years ago. I had a top up a year later as I wasn't 100% happy but since then they've been fine, can't see myself needing anything done for another year probably. Which will mean I'll have got 3 years from my last session.

I should add that my lips look very 'normal' in that my practitioner just replaced lost volume rather than making my lips larger than they were originally. I know the MN naysayers will be along to say 'you absolutely can always tell' but my eagle eyed mother has said nothing, and she's the first to pull apart my appearance under normal circumstances!

@LadyOfTheCanyon That’s good to hear! The nurse I’m looking to book in with is all about the natural rather than enlarged look.

Yeah as above. Feels all the same once it’s settled.

Mine are done with a canula and I get zero bruising too.
