If you don't wear heals and dresses, and like socks (not short trousers) what SHOES do you wear to work?

I want to change my smart casual work wear game.
I usually wear trainers (Air Force, Air Max, high dunks, NB) with jeans or trousers. But want to start wearing shoes. I've had brogues in the past, but feel a little dated now.

What shoes do you wear to work?

Brogues (they're so classic can never be dated - I wear Embassy London ones in bright colours). And ankle length boots - both heeled and flat. Also the Veja Nova canvas ones look quite smart for a trainer.

Trainers. White Russell and Bromley. But thinking about loafers. I miss heels and am frustrated I can’t wear them any more.

Still in brogues- have classic black/ stone/grey, but my dark gold ones go with loads of stuff. I also like loafers if I don't have my ankle boots on.

Ankle boots or flats, both with a soft point. I often wear trainers to the office though

Have you looked at The Office of Angela Scott brand? I like their monkstrap shoes and their Oxfords, in fact any of the flatter shoes really. They are lovely quality too.

I wear ankle boots, trainers or brogues. I don't think they're dated but if they are, so what. There seems to be tons of them around.

I have Dr Marten Adrian loafers, and am just sitting here thinking about getting the chunkier version.

Chelsea boots are my shoe of choice right now. When it’s warmer I wear loafers or sandels

Rocket dog plimsolls. I'd like something a bit more shoe like but am not a fan of leather.

I wear long boots over smart jeans or trousers

Pavers do some boring office shoes I usually wear them

Brogues also here

Black dr marten boots or biker style boots, that I got from asos.

I used to wear Doc Martens but have swapped to trainers.

White platform trainers or boots like these

Ankle boots, some old Converse passed on by DD, loafers.

Doc Martens for most of the year and Cons for very hot days. I am not allowed to wear sandals on my work site.
