Help me look better in 100 days

I turn a big number in 100 days.

havjng looked through the classic princesssing threads have some inspo but keen to get ideas of what will give me tangible results. Can do with help everywhere really, old tired and fat (enormous in new Dahl terms)

any ideas much appreciated

It’s over 3 months so you can make a big difference

how old? If you are overweight a healthy diet and exercise will make the most difference (said as someone whose weight goes up and down!)

I'm a year behind you and I've transformed how I look in the last year.

Id say;

  • losing weight is number one. I am quite tough on myself now and have only lunch and dinner, no snacks, almost no alcohol
  • always have your nails done a colour you love; for me that means keeping them short and a dark colour like a deep red, or navy or black
  • Botox! Having my 11s done and my crow's feet has made such a difference.
  • If you don't already have one, find a brutal 12 year old girl with no filter to prod you out of your old make up habits and watch Instagram reels or YT Shorts for tips on eyeliner trends, etc
  • Do stuff you love. Nothing gives me more energy than my job, which I am totally in love with.

Changing your diet will have the biggest effect. You will feel better and loose weight which will in turn motivate you.

Hair cut/styled and brows will have a big impact on how you look (and feel)

All over body moisturizer- just cheap stuff but keeps your skin nice and soft which makes me feel good.

Some kind of skin care regime- helps skin glow

Get lots and lots of sleep if you can

No alcohol

Botox if you have a specific area you don't like - doesn't make you look younger but does help you look more rested

Exercise does wonders for skin
Loads of water
Good sleep

Lift weights - it will make you look thinner much faster as you drop some weight and you will feel and look much thinner faster.

No carbs* or booze. Carbs only on days you have scheduled weights or gym sessions. 50g of porridge oats or 100g pasta. No cakes biscuits other processed crap. As much as possible if you can.

Tons of water and veg. All fairly standard stuff really but there's a reason it's tough as lots of habits to break.

Motivationally, set some cash aside with a daily/weekly allowance. Identify something you want to buy yourself as a birthday present. Save the money you've earned on your good days. Make a big chart and strike off the days. You'll get through 100 days very quickly and you'll look amazing by the end !! Best of luck
