Mascara recommendations please

Currently using Clinique lash power mascara, which is the best I've ever used in terms of not smudging. The tubing effect, though, makes it really hard to take off.

Can anyone recommend another mascara that is non-smudging but can be removed more easily?

Or, in fact, a make up remover that does the job on tubing mascara better than micellar water?

I have tried so many mascaras and have never found one I love. For not smudging I like the Bobbi Brown waterproof one. It's not very powerful though in terms of building dramatic lashes.

Wish I'd read this earlier. I bought that Clinique mascara on Saturday and having so much trouble when taking it off.

I use the micellar water with the oil in and it still won't budge.

My fave mascara is the benefit one in the pink and black tube.

Tubing mascara comes off with warm water only. How are you trying to take it off?

Get cotton pad - soak in warm water - press on eye and hold for about 10 seconds, the tubing should just come off that's the point of it.

L'Oreal double extension. The one that's in white/burgundy packaging.
Stays on amazingly (pretty much only mascara that doesn't flake on my oily skin) but comes off with a gentle rub of the lashes with warm water

Hmm. Sounds. Like I have been doing the removal wrong!

I am very interested to know what happens when you try and remove it with warm water. Should solve all your problems!

Yep warm water removes tubing mascara very effectively. I've got sensitive eyes and that's why tubing mascara is recommended.

I tried it yesterday and can report that it got the mascara nicely off my lashes and put it all over the rest of my face, so then took it off with micellar water. Seems like the warm water trick works nicely so will keep doing that until I've used up this tube. Might try something with more volume next time I have to buy something, though, so will check out the recommendations here. Thanks all!
