Saint and Sofia Trousers

I really like These trousers because of the shape and buttons but they are more than I would normally spend. I've done a quick search for Saint and Sofia on this board and reviews seem mixed with poor customer service.

Does anyone have these trousers specifically and are they worth the price tag? Or can anyone recommend something with the same cut.

Thanks

I love the Saint and Sofia style, it really should be my go to brand. However they've sucked me in I've tried twice now and always returned everything. The quality is shockingly bad for the price.

I bought a beautiful pair of black trousers from them. They fit perfectly and I wish I had two pairs.

The same style and size in another colour came out absolutely miss- shaped and different. I was so shocked. The returns process was a pain and not free. Customer Service was Ok though.

So IMO you have to be lucky. I would love to be able to order again but don't have the confidence I would get the product I wanted.

Yup, disappointing quality and slow to refund. Not great for a shortie like me either.

Ah okay. Thanks for the response. I think I'll give them a miss.

Cheap material, shocking price and awful customer service. Love the photos, but they just don't look the same in person. The trousers also came up very short on me despite buying a couple different lengths and being very average height.

I have a few things from them and I really like them. I paid for next day delivery last time and it took 3 so I messaged on FB and they refunded it straight away.
I have never had to do a return yet though

I have those trousers in black and navy and I love them. They are jersey, not high end Italian wool, but they are smart, comfortable and look good. I shop in Whistles, Jigsaw, Me&Em, Reiss etc. for reference. Not sure what the problem is with customer service either, the stuff comes in biodegradable packaging in a reasonable time and when I did need to return something they refunded me before I’d sent it back on the proviso it needed to be back with them in 14 days. Sizing is on the generous side.

I have a pair of the Chelsea trousers in black (the gold button ones) and one of the Camden slouchy ones in navy. Bizarrely, given that I'm 5'10", the Camden ones are too long, so I just hoist them up to bra level, but I've never bought anything that claimed to be a 31" inside leg that was too long before, so I think that's probably just poor sizing.

I like both pairs very much, and also some culottes that I have for summer. The Camden ones came very quickly, the Chelseas were off ebay so not a direct purchase, the culottes took forever to arrive.

Horrible material

LoobyDop · 01/03/2023 20:09

I have those in navy, and I really like them, even though I don’t usually touch synthetic fabrics. Was quite surprised to read negative stories on here but it has put me off buying from them again in case I just got lucky.

I have the apartment pants (they come in 3 leg lengths which is brilliant) and go up to about a 22. The sizing is generous. The trousers are lovely and comfy but material is cheap and nasty and the colour has faded quite a bit. For the price the quality is very disappointing.
