WHERE DID SHE GET THAT AMAZING DRESS? Anyone recognise the make?

You can reverse image search photos. It looks like it's Meadows but out of stock. Similar one here though

As per pp, Katy posted on her insta it’s Meadows. They have it in black by the looks of it.
