River island shirt styling

I have this river island shirt I bought on vinted but can't for the life of me figure out how to wear it & here to seek help 🙈 see attached pictures

The shirt is got belt and a long split in the middle of back from upper back all the way down

1st I don't know if belt should be tied forward to the back

Yes thanks that's the exact style only that mine is river island

Is not a top for the office is it? I guess it will ok for office with something underneath to cover the exposed back if wearing to the office right?
