Do tear trough fillers do anything to help pigmentation?

I have very dark undereye, it's something that I have always had really. No amount of concealer or colour correcter ever seems to help the darkness. I was wondering if tear trough filler would be of any benefit to help the darkness as in perhaps it would help around the shadowing, or is it something that is more for hollows? I have high cheekbones and quite good volume, but this is a part of my face that gets me down big time and I'd love to to something about if only tear troughs worked. Anyone had them done?

Tear trough fillers are for volume loss under the eye. It won't improve the colour. If you don't have volume loss, it's not for you.

I have some bruising at the moment due to other fillers and I was reading that yellow concealer is best to neutralise the dark colour. What colour concealer are you using?

@BlackSwan thank you. The one I'm using is from Benefit but is more of a peach colour so maybe I should try one with more of a yellow tone

Bobbi brown do a corrector and concealer dual product where you correct with one colour then conceal after. It's quite effective, have a look
