Tretinoin (pigmentation and aging)

Have been looking at some old threads around how great Tretinoin can be. I have some pigmentation and also earlyish wrinkles. Regime currently involves retinol and niacinamide but thinking about switching up to try Tretinoin (I did use with success some years ago via prescription but more for acne back then).

what particular brand / product name would you recommend? Bit of a minefield Googling. I am in Europe not UK so the dermatica / similar services don’t work for me.

Which country do you live in? I know in Spain you can buy it otc and the brand is called Retirides.

I'm in Italy and buy directly from tretinoin world. You can buy from pharmacy Andorra above as well.
Tret world is a UK seller.

Thanks! Yes was looking at tret world too but not sure which product to choose. Think I used to have retin-a but don’t see it there

sadly not southern Europe so no off the shelf options here
