Knee length flat boots

I am looking for some knee length flat boots. I have been wearing similar to the ones pictured in the link above with knitted dresses. However I have an ongoing knee issue and it's becoming clear that wearing heels is not really possible for me anymore.

Struggling to find flat boots that I like. They all seem to look a bit frumpy.

I have a knee length pair of the boots with the really chunky rubber sole that are in at the moment so not looking for something like that. I want something a bit more refined but that doesn't look like I'm about to jump on a horse.

Anyone seen any nice knee length flat boots that might fit my brief? Have to be leather. Budget ideally £150 but would pay up to £200.

They are called a riding boot but not particularly horsey.

Clarks Orinoco knee length? Might be a bit too staid for you but I adore mine. They aren't horsy but might be just above budget, I paid €229 for mine recently.

Have you looked at the Office website? I got my smart leather flat knee high boots from Office, they don’t still have the same ones as it was a few years ago now, but they’ve got a decent selection and some are reduced
