Puffy eyes, what to use?

Other than drinking lots of water, or injections, what can I buy to help?

Some teaspoons!

No seriously, just put two teaspoons in the fridge for a few minutes and then rub them over your eyes to cool and depuff.

You can find videos on YT or Insta on how to do it, but you basically want to gently move the spoon from the inside of the under eye up and out to the temple, over and over again. Do it with a mirror for the first time and then once you get the hang of it you can do it while pottering about the house or watching tv

Also add a few drops of eye cream or serum if your eyes aren’t puffy cos they’re sensitive to product.
