I’m mid 40s and not really a make up person. But I’ve just started wearing a light foundation and quite like it for work days, boots hydraluminous as recommended on here. Any blusher recs? Blonde hair. I don’t wear lipstick but when I’ve tried orange shades look awful so I think I might be ‘cool’ toned.

Have a look at Glossier- I absolutely love their paint blushers, look very natural and you can make them pop more.
Otherwise, Clinique blushes have been fab, and Natasha Denona blush quads.

Trinny London do stacking makeup containers and colour match to you. I have a cream blusher of theirs and would recommend. Lasts ages.

Would also recommend Trinny London. Perhaps a lip2cheek pot if you wanted to wear some lip colour Smile

I like the Mac play blushers - half way between a cream and a powder.

Glossier cloud paint. Lots of colours an you can build it up gradually-it's a little white sheeny but not too shiny

Daniel Sandler give a beautiful wash of colour

I’m very fair and wear Dandelion by Benefit most days. It mostly takes the edge off that ‘I’ve been chained to a wall in a cellar for the past 6 months with only crisps to eat’ look.

However, my recent, daring foray into cream blush via a very successful £3 experiment c/o Sainsburys own brand make up has made rethink my strategy and so will be lurking on this thread for suggestions OP.
