Do John Lewis or Space NK offer make-overs?

Years ago you used to be able to go into John Lewis or Space NK and book a makeover on one of their premium counters. You used tohave to pay but it was refunded against any purchases you made.

I'm having trouble trying to find out if they still do them - does anyone know?

I need a complete new make up look.
