I am just after getting about 3 inches chopped off my hair because all the ends were so bad. They were dry and damaged.

I used to have bad haircare but that's going back over 10 years ago.
I changed a lot within the past 5 years.

I want to implement more haircare techniques and I read online for more tips.
So going forward I will wrap my hair in a tshirt for drying my hair instead of a towel. I will use a silk pillowcase.

I want to maintain as much of my hair as possible.
I want to care for my hair as much as possible going forward. I want to grow healthy hair.

I have fine hair.
It used to be thicker when I was younger but not anymore. My scalp tends to get dry easily and I get greasy roots.

I want to splurge on haircare products like a deep conditioner mask and a leave in conditioner and other home stuff.

Anyone here with fine hair and successful with growing healthy hair?
What would you all recommend? Like brands and haircare treatments?

My diet is good. I drink plenty of water every day and I like broths and I take supplements and my diet is limited in takeaways and fried foods and other bad foodstuffs.

I second the nioxin system. Nioxin diaboost really helps my hair look and feel thicker where it is very thin.

I also like Philip Kingsley - the Elasticiser and the Body Building shampoo & conditioner
