Hate my teeth staining

Booked into hygienist in 2 weeks, but what can I do between visits to stop my teeth staining so badly. I don't smoke but an a tea drinker. I'm in my early 50s and my teeth aren't in great shape (they're quite worn apparently so I'm reluctant to do anything which risks making them worse) but it's the staining that bothers me, it looks horrible.
What actually works in terms of whitening toothpaste / mouthwash / etc ? Would love your recommendations. Flowers

Crest strips (professional effects) use after your dental clean.

Not much. I had these stains after lockdown. Hygienist got rid of them I couldn't. I wouldnt use a home remedy if you have an appointment in two weeks.

Colgate max white ultimate (the one that's around £10) is amazing for stain removal

Another vote for crest strips - or the Colgate ones - you can get them online. I did bite the bullet and got professional whitening stuff from my dentist think it was £250 in total but so so worth it x

Thanks all, will try the Colgate £10 option and see what happens.

Eucryl tooth powder!

Second that. Shifted my staining in one use
I was very very gentle with it

Toothpaste onto a clean cotton wipe, and rub well onto the stain.

Yep, I rate it too.
Well worth £10.

Hydrogen peroxide 1:1 with water, bicarbonate of soda mix with toothpaste
