Workwear- blouse/shirt not too interesting!

Help!

Where do I find blouses/shirts that go with tailored black trousers to wear into the office?

Am large of chest and don't like high necks or deep plungy v necks.

Must be boring! Everything I find is too exciting- frills, packets, flouncey sleeves.

Bonus points if navy.

Holy grail points if it doesn't need ironing
