Revitalash on scalp

I’ve been using snap clips in my hair and have noticed that I now have thinning / bald spots where the clips were. I bought some Revitalash to grow my eyelashes but have stopped using it after seeing a few threads on MN saying it causes permanent dark circles around the eyes and can cause dry eyes. I’m thinking I might be able to use it on my scalp instead? Has anyone used Revitalash on their scalp and had success? It’s otherwise a huge waste of money as it’s not cheap!

Tension alopecia will resolve itself provided you stop what's causing it.

Did you actually have those side effects with Revitalash because it's just a possible rare side effect of fat loss, discoloration and/or irritation/dryness it's not a guarantee and it will recover when you stop using the product.

Revitalash does have a scalp product but it's probably a different formulation. It might have some stimulating effect but it may also be a complete waste of money, you're probably best off giving it to someone who's not that concerned about possible side effects or maybe use it on your eyebrows? The Ordinary Multipeptide hair density serum is probably a better pick for your hair, it won't make hair miraculously grow but it does make the hair that grows back healthier and stronger, the individual hairs are thicker which is really helpful with baby hairs.

Also, forgot to add, the Revitalash scalp product does not get very good reviews (predictably, there's not much you can do for hair loss with cosmetics, if it actually worked it would be a medication).

Revitalash only causes some issues if you do not use it correctly. This is the same for all products so carry on using it. I have used it for two years with no problems but I do have fabulous lashes.
