My parents 60th wedding anniversary is coming up in March and I have nothing to wear to their carvery lunch celebrations at a quite fancy hotel! I live in leggings/ hoddies/trainers at home and skinny jeans/boots/top for work. That said I love fashion and would like a "nice dress" for this event. If anyone has the time or inclination to help me find something I'd be so grateful 🙏.
Criteria as follows:
5ft 3 1/2 size 8
Long sleeves preferred (but not necessarily)
Nothing too fussy/patterned
Nothing on the ivory/cream/beige/ salmon/coral/orange spectrum - makes me look ghastly!
Not bodycon as belly protrusion unpredictable :/
I have nice suede blocked heel shoes which I'd like to wear.
I'm 54 if that's relevant.
I love looking at these threads for other people but am at a loss when it comes to me! budget around £100. Thank you!
