Glasses

Might need new glasses. Currently wearing a dark reddish frame, with angular shaped lenses, so a bit squarish if that makes sense, quite big.

As always, have grown to dislike them. So what frames are in art the moment - I’m useless at picking out frames. I have a very round full face. Dark hair. Fair complexion. I only picked the ones I have now because they were cheapest, so yeah budget is an issue.

I’m thinking of these?

I don’t really want black as I’ve had dark colours & want to stay clear of dark colours. Any suggestions? I wear varifocals if that helps.

Just to be clear, the link takes you to the pink pair, I’m thinking of the clear pair!

I have similar colouring to you OP and I tend to wear tortoiseshell. Clear seems to be very fashionable right now. I like grey too. You just need to go and try loads on. You could also try Glasses Direct or similar which do v cheap glasses online. You can try on 4 pairs at home for free and they have regular deals on.

Well they didn’t have the clear pair in to try so I’ve gone for the pink & to be honest, they didn’t look too bad - it’s like a tinted transparent if that makes sense? I hope I don’t start regretting it though after a few weeks like I usually do & end up being stuck with a pair of glasses I don’t like for the next two years!
