Can we have another Monty Don Style thread part2?

I am the original poster (previously called pheasantlysurprised, I think!) and don't like to keep searching to drag the old one up. It would be nice to have a part 2, like we do with the Toast/Royals threads, iyswim?

I am currently running out of places to shop that aren't phenomenally overpriced or just leaping down in quality in general, so any new tips and brands would be welcome!

How have you gone through the winter? Any new discoveries out there? I have mostly been wearing donegal jumpers with slim cords or selvedge jeans, but have struggled to locate what I would LOVE - which is loose neck/scoop cashmere or long sleeve tees of high quality. Most knitwear remains boxy, cropped or high necked. I would love to source some slouchier styles a la Jane Birkin (now, not young) or that louche-luxe look you often find on the continent.

Hope people are ok with a continuation of the Monty topic.

Good call! I love these threads the more ridiculously expensive the better bizarrely.

Too high necked?:

Another female Monty Don thread is very welcome!

Yes, they are all like standard male necklines recently or high 'polo' necks. I can find deep V necks or boatnecks but nothing really scooped.

I love a slouchy neck where you can reveal a nice necklace or freckle, etc Grin
