Recommendations for a foundation that looks natural, lightweight for mature skin - aged 49 yrs. thanks

Have you tried Charlotte Tilbury - beautiful skin? If not then might be worth trying a sample of that? For me it's kind of slightly heavier than a tinted moisturiser.

N7 Hydraluminous ❤️
Holy grail.
Clinique Even Better Refresh is quite similar.

If you want really lightweight the Estée Lauder Doublewear Sheer (the so-called replacement for Doublewear light, but it isn't) is long lasting but gives a very light coverage.

Otherwise you're probably after a tinted moisturizer.

Bourjois Healthy Mix is good.

I’ve just bought the cheapy boots no.7 foundation - can’t remember what it’s called but I love it! It’s in a white and clear tube. It’s light coverage, almost like a tinted moisturiser, they do a really good concealer to go with it which has a round sponge applicator - I apply that on problem / red areas and then a light coverage of foundation, it looks natural.

Mac pro longwear also for older skin you need to apply it with your fingers then go over with a sponge, it warms up the product so it does sit over fine lines

I have given up with foundation, wasted so much money on them and nothing was sitting right. Patchy, streaky, flat and dull looking- my skin has changed so much in my 40's!I have moved over to Nars tinted moisturiser, it's quite pigmented for a tinted moisturiser and I get decent coverage for every day wear.
