Lululemon leggings sizing help please

I've seen some I like (power thru) but I've no idea of the US sizing and what I'd need. Also wondering what the fit is like.

My usual size is 8-10 and I usually wear Sweaty Betty leggings in size s or xs.

I'm 5'9" and size US 6. I'd say they are true to size.

A US 6 is a UK 10. I find them pretty stretchy. I'd definitely recommend going for one with the waist cord though as it gives you way more flex on the sizing and they feel more secure.
