I’ve posted about this before but I’m still really struggling to find an outfit.

  • London wedding in two weeks time.
  • size 14 - but early pregnant and the hormones are making me super bloated. Thinking I’ll probably wear Spanx anyway.
  • 5’4”
  • super pale - no purples, oranges or reds.
  • very cool European bride in a trendy location
  • budget - no more than £150
  • want something quite simple if possible

Any suggestions please?!

Hi OP, what dress types are you looking for? What's your go to style? I am guessing you might not prefer jumpsuit, maybe I am wrong.. do u like lighter shades? You said no red, is maroon OK? Could u link or post pics of a few dresses u like..

@ShopoholicIn i love reformation dresses but not sure if they would suit my size. Not adverse to a jumpsuit but despite my height I have a weirdly long back so struggle to find one that doesn’t give me camel toe.

@WonderWoop thanks for the suggestions but think I need something a bit more “black tie/formal”.

I always wear evening trousers and a top and with wide leg trousers in vogue these could look very good. Buy a dressy evening bag and wear some bling accessories. Sad to say there is only one woman everyone will be looking at!
