Shampoo Recommendations

Could anyone recommend shampoo (tried and tested) for coloured (blonde) & thinning hair?

I've always a struggled to get length and thickness in my hair and used a product last year which completely destroyed it.

Looking for your tried and tested shampoo recommendations before purchasing.

I've found the K18 leave in conditioner to be very good but just need a good shampoo too.

I've started using Garnier esp the hair Food ones after listening to a podcast about whether expensive shampoos are worth it or not. Turns out their not unless you have an allergy.

I like the banana, papaya with their respective conditioners. They're all currently half price at Boots.

They also have a hair mask which is popular but I think it's probably too heavy for my hair

I also like their standard pomegranate shampoo in the red bottles. The honey one is also popular but I haven't used that yet.

I also like Herbal Essences coconut 🥥 one in the brown bottles. I get the XL bottles from Savers.
