Shoes following spinal surgery

I had spinal surgery yesterday and am currently sitting in hospital trying to cheer myself up (my mind has inevitably turned to shoes 😂). Hoping to make a swift return to work. I dress quite smartly (Hobbs dresses and jackets) and always heels. I need to wear flats on my return. I'd like to get a style in a few shades (black, navy, nude). I'm thinking pointy toed (rather than round) but with some kind of jewel / decoration so I still feel fancy Smile

Any advice?

Bump (from any sympathetic people out there with time to send me pics of shoes to take my mind off my sore back!)

Hey! Didn't want to leave you with no replies - I've had 2 back ops. Microdiscectomy the first time, then a fusion the second time, so I know where you're at !

Shoes wise I'm not much help though - I did get back into heels eventually (took a while) . Not sure of your budget but I find Russell & Bromley good. I've got big feet and they tend to do my size, but a good selection, good quality, and from memory they have good flats. I tend to live in DMs and trainers these days, even for work, but R&B are my de-facto otherwise.

Thank you! (Hoping to be done with discectomy 😬)
